Young entrepreneurs Jo Ann Europa-Ferraz and sister-in-law Katherine Kate Ferraz were looking for something unique to bring in town and Bake & Churn was an enticing treat too good to resist. So their family-owned J&K Full House Company decided to be a dealer of this new twist of goodies.

Bake & Churn, a venture by Snow Joe Cream Coolers, Inc., offers appetizing and irresistible Ice Cream Cakes and Scoop-a-Cakes. The fusion of two desserts – creamy, rich cake and delectable ice cream, offers customers a lot to gush about, with various flavors to smack your lips over.

Ice Cream Cakes come in two varieties, the Log (cake roll stuffed generously with their quality classic or premium ice cream, and topped with frosting and whipped cream, at P275/whole and P50/slice) and the Dome Cake (ice cream coatings sandwiched between two layers of rich, mouthwatering cake, with bits of real fruits, chocolate chips, and sweet glazes, at P585/whole and P70/slice). These are beautifully designed as well.

For the budget-conscious, the outlet also serves in slices with both premium and classic flavors such as Black Forest, Strawberry Cheesecake, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate, Ube, and Mocha Caramel.  Bestsellers for dome cakes are French Chocolate, Black Forest, Cookies and Cream, Concorde, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse, Mango Caramel, Banana Rhum and Apple Cinnamon Pie, as well as the classic flavors Mango Madness, and Ube Classic.

All Bake & Churn Ice Cream Cakes are specially packaged for takeout specials, keeping the product frozen up to 2 hours at room temperature (up to 3 hours if product is frozen overnight at -20 degrees).

Scoop-A-Cake Ice Cream is made of glazes and fruits, with chunks of real cake, served on a Belgian cone or cup (P40). Tantalizing flavors include Butter Sans Rival, Fudge Brownie, Mango Sans Rival, Cappuccino Brownie, Black Forest and Strawberry Cheesecake.

Black Forest Bar is ice cream bar with cherry bits and chocolate chips, covered in rich-chocolate coating, and delicately wrapped in a box (P40/bar, P240/box of 6 bars). For those on the go, their Ice Cream to Go is packaged in customized cups with lids ready for eating anywhere (P85), and the Chilly Cups to whet your appetites (P55).
