People’s Park is an urban public park in central Davao City covering an area of 4 hectares. Formerly the famous old PTA Grounds I used to hang out with classmates during inter-school sports events, this P72M worth recreational park opened on December 15, 2007. A “name that park” contest was launched by the city government, and there you have it.

In Davao, the Simbang Gabi tradition is even more significant because we do not celebrate Christmas in a loud way. This season is a special moment for families and loved ones to gather together and celebrate the nativity of Christ as well as give thanks to blessings received the whole year round.
