Philippine Airlines has cancelled additional flights in view of the latest information on the movements of world leaders and economic ministers attending the forthcoming APEC Summit in Manila. The additional flight cancellations, which cover the period November 15 – 21, total 358 (78 international and 280 domestic flights).
